Ingredients
200 gm paneer cubes10-12 capsicum chunks
10-12 Onion chunks
8-10 tomato chunks
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 tspn finely chopped green chillies
1 tspn finely chopped garlic
1 tspn greated ginger
1/3 tspn turmeric powder
1 cup tomato puree
1 tblspn kadai masala
Salt to taste
Oil
For kadai masala
1tspn cumin seeds2 tson coriander seeds
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn kasoori methi
Method
1. Heat a pan.. Dry roast all spices of kadai masala..remove and grind coarsely
2. Heat 2 tblspn oil in a pan slightly fry onion chunks.. Capsicum chunks and keep aside. Now add paneer and slightly fry.
3. Now heat oil in same pan... Add chopped onions. Saute till golden brown. Add chopped garlic, grated ginger, chopped green chillis and saute well.
4. Now add turmeric powder and mix. Now add tomato puree and cook.. Add some water and mix. Now add salt to taste.
5. Add veggies and paneer mix well.. Add kadai masala mix and cook few minutes.. Now kadai paneer is ready to be serve
