Khajoor | 1 cup coarsely grounded |
Almond | 1/2 cup coarsely grounded |
Cashew | 1/2 cup coarsely grounded |
Powdered sugar | 1 tblspn |
Ghee | 1 tblspn |
Method
- Pan me ghee garm karen. Phir usme khajoor daal kar bhune.
- Ab usme badam aur kaju add karen. Achchi tarah mix karte hue bhune.
- Ab usme sugar powder add kare aur mix kare. Flame off kar den. Aur usko thanda hone den.
- Jab thanda ho jaye to haath me zara sa oil laga kar laddu bana kar Til me roll kar le.
- Khajoor ke tasty aur healthy laddu tayyair hai serve karne ke liye.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add coarsely ground dates and saute well.
Add coarsely ground Almond mix well.
Add coarsely ground Cashew .
Saute well.
Now add powdered sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame. Remove into a plate and set aside to cool slightly.
Take small portion of mixture and make laddu.
Roll in sesame seeds.
Dates laddus are ready to serve.
