Paneer bhurji recipe / scrambled cottage cheese recipe

Ingrediants

Paneer 200 gm crumbled
Onion 2 small finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 Medium finely chopped
Garlic paste 1 tspn
Ginger paste 1 tspn
Green chili 2 chopped
Turmeric powder 1/3 tspn
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Oil 3 tblspn
Salt to taste


Method

  1. Ek kadhaie me oil garm karen. Usme kati huyi pyaz daal kar gulabi hone tak fry kare.

  2. Ab usme ginger -garlic paste add karen. Phir usme haldi powder, garam masala powder aur laal mirch powder daal kar achchi tarah mix kar le .

  3. Ab usme kate tamatar, kati hari mirch aur namak add kare aur lid band karke kuch der cook kare.

  4. Jab tamater gal jaye to usme paneer add kare aur achchi tarah mix karen. Paneer achchi tarah bhun jaaye to flame off kar de. ..delicious paneer bhurji taiyyar hai ....serve karne ke liye...

Heat oil in kadhaie

Add chopped onion and fry.

Now add garlic paste

Ginger paste

Turmeric powder


Garam masala powder

And red chili powder mix well

Now add chopped tomatoes

Chopped green chilis and salt mix well and cover the lid

tomatoes turn soft

Add paneer and cook well.

Paneer is ready.. turn off the flame

Serve with paratha or chapati

Khajoor ke laddu/ khajoor ke laddu ki recipe / khajoor and dry fruits laddu / date's laddu

Ingrediants

Khajoor 1 cup coarsely grounded
Almond 1/2 cup coarsely grounded
Cashew 1/2 cup coarsely grounded
Powdered sugar 1 tblspn
Ghee 1 tblspn

Method

  1. Pan me ghee garm karen. Phir usme khajoor daal kar bhune.

  2. Ab usme badam aur kaju add karen. Achchi tarah mix karte hue bhune.

  3. Ab usme sugar powder add kare aur mix kare. Flame off kar den. Aur usko thanda hone den.

  4. Jab thanda ho jaye to haath me zara sa oil laga kar laddu bana kar Til me roll kar le.



  5. Khajoor ke tasty aur healthy laddu tayyair hai serve karne ke liye.

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add coarsely ground dates and saute well.

Add coarsely ground Almond mix well.

Add coarsely ground Cashew .

Saute well.

Now add powdered sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame. Remove into a plate and set aside to cool slightly.

Take small portion of mixture and make laddu.

Roll in sesame seeds.

Dates laddus are ready to serve.
