Method
- Pan me oil farm Karen usme Kati hui pyaz, Ajwaien, methi aur magrail add karen. Pyaz gulabi hone tak fry karen.
- Ab usme ginger - garlic paste daal kar thoda chalayen. Phir usme Kate hue Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, aur Garam Masala powder daal kar mix karen. Usme 1/2cup pani daal kar dhak den.
- Tamatar gal jaayen to usmen grated louki add karen aur achchi tarah bhune. Jab achchi tarah bhun jaaye to usmen fresh cream daal kar achchi tarah mix karen aur 2-3 min tak cook karen.
- Garam-garam mastani louki taiyyar.... ☺☺☺
