Jack fruit (Boiled and cut in pieces) | 250 gm |
Chopped Onion | 4-5 medium |
Chopped green chilli | 2-3 |
Bay leaf | 1 |
Cinnamon stick | 1" |
Black cardamom | 1 |
Green cardamom | 2 |
Cloves | 2 |
Cumin seeds | 1 tspn |
Roasted cumin powder | 1 tblspn |
Roasted black pepper powder | 1/2 tspn |
Dry mango powder | 1 tblspn |
Red chili powder | 1 tspn |
Salt | to taste |

Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices mentioned above add onion saute till onion turn pink, add green chilli mix well.
- Add Boiled Jack fruit pieces. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, dry mango powder, red chilli powder and salt stir continuously.
- Cook about 15-20 min. over low flame stirring occasionally. Serve hot with chapaties.
