Green chilli | 1-2 |
Turmeric powder | 1 tspn |
Biryani masala powder | 1 tblspn |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | to deep fry |
Method
- Wash and cut bhindi in 1" pieces.
- Heat oil in a kadhai ,add bhindi and fry.
- Heat some oil in another pan add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
- Now add fried bhindi and then biryani masala ,turmeric powder ,chopped green chilies ,chopped tomatoes and salt mix well.cook about 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and mix well.bhindi pulao is ready to serve.
