Bhindi | 250 gm |
Chopped onion | 1 medium |
Red chili powder | 1/2 tspn |
Chat masala powder | 1 tspn |
Garam masala powder | 1 tspn |
Dry mango powder | 1 tspn |
Salt | to taste |

Method
- Wash and dry the bhindi and wipe with a wet cloth.
- Cut both the ends. Chop bhindi into 1or 2 inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute till light golden.Add bhindi, salt and dry mango powder saute well in low flame, don't cover the lid.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chat masala powder mix well.cook over low flame stirring occasionally.
- When bhindi is fully cooked switch off the flame.serve with chapaties.
