Chick peas(kabuli chana) | 250 gm. |
Boiled potatoes | 3 medium |
Chopped Onions | 2 medium |
Chopped Tomatoes | 2 medium |
Green Chilli | 3-4 |
Ginger-Garlic paste | 1 tblspn |
Cumin seeds | 1 tspn |
Garam masala powder | 1 tblspn |
Red chilli powder | 1 tblspn |
Everest chole masala | 1 tblspn |
Coriander powder | 1 tblspn |
Roasted cumin powder | 2 tblspn |
Dry mango powder | 1 tblspn |
Salt | to taste |

Method
- Soak the chick peas in water overnight.
- Drain chick peas add 4-5 cup water and salt. Pressure cook for 15-20 minutes on high to low flame.
- Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into one Inch cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin seeds,onion saute well till onion turn pink.add ginger -garlic paste, coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,dry mango powder and everest chole masala powder and some water and stir.
- Add tomatoes and stir continuously,add potatoes and mix well.
- Add boiled chick peas with its stock to the masala.cook about 4-5 minutes or till the gravy thickness.
- Add roasted cumin powder mix well .Serve hot with poori, parathas or bhature.
