Red chilli powder | 1/2 tspn |
Garam masala powder | 1 tspn |
Dry mango ( Khatai ) | 1 |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | For Frying |
Method
- Heat oil in cooker. Add onion and saute over medium heat.
- When onion become pink add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and fry till oil sapret from masala.
- In a bowl take some besan, add jack fruit and mix well.
- Heat oil in another pan, place jack fruit peaces in it, fry it until it turns golden brown.
- Put fried jack fruit pieces in a cooker, add dry mango ( khatai) and pressure cook it about 2-3 min in medium flame.
- Serve hot with chapati or rice.
