Method
- Heat oil in a Cooker and add cuminseeds add chopped pumpkin and mix well. Add salt place a lid and pressure cook about 5 min in low flame.
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Add musturd seeds ,onion saute well add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
- Add tamarind pulp mix well. Add chili powder, salt, sugar, garam masala powder and mix well. Add some water and bring this to boil.
- Add cooked pumpkin and mix well. Serve hot with fried rice or chapati.
