Chicken500 grams Onion 1 large cut in slice bay leaf1 Cardamom4 - 5 Cloves 2 - 4 Black pepper 5 - 6 Cinnamon stick1 inch Large Cardamom1 Saltto taste Oil
For Gravy
Onion2 large Garlic Paste2 tblspn Ginger Paste1 tblspn Coriander Powder1 tblspn Chilli Powder1 tblspn Garam Masala powder1/2 tblspn Curd1 cup
Method
1.Heat the vegetable oil into the pan.Put onion bay leaf, cloves, green cardamoms, black cardamoms, cinnamon, and black pepper fry and mix properly.
2.put the chicken add 1 tblspn garlic and curd.Add salt to taste.
3.Fry the chicken on medium flame until it become brown and tender.Once the chicken is fried properly filter the oil and put it in a separate pot.
4.Make a paste of onion add it in a pot in which the chicken was fried.
5.Add remaining garlic paste, ginger past,red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder saut well.
6.Add chicken and mix well. Add some water cook about 5-10 min.Serve hot with naan.
