Hi friends,
From last few days I was thinking to start a blog on
recipe, because food cooking and trying
new dishes is my hobby and I loved it very much. I named this blog on my little angel's name musfirah.in and I am putting my first recipe Beetroot vegetable (Sweet and sour beetroot ) which is my daughter's favorite dish.
Hope this blog will give new and tasty dishes to the readers and they will enjoy it.

Beetroots | 5 peeled and sliced |
Onion | 2 medium size chopped finely |
Cumin seeds | 1tspn |
Musterd seeds | 1tspn |
Ginger Garlic paste | 1 tblspn |
Tamrind pulp | 1 tblspn |
Chilli powder | 1 tspn or to taste |
Garam masala powder | 1tspn |
Salt | to taste |
Sugar | 1/2 tblspn |

Method |

Heat oil in a Cooker and add cumin seeds add chopped beetroot and mix well. Add in salt and mix well
Place a lid and pressure cook about 15 min in low flame. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add musturd seeds ,onion saute well add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min. Add tamarind pulp and mix well. Add in chili powder, salt, sugar, garam masala powder and mix well. Add in some water and bring this to boil. Add in cooked beetroot and mix well. Cook till they turn thick. Serve with fried rice or chapati. |
