Ingredients
FOR BOILING PASTA
- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 1 tspn oil
- Water as required to boil
- salt to taste
FOR WHITE SAUCE
- 1 tblspn butter
- 1 tspn garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tblspn maida
- 1 & 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tspn oregano
- 1/4 tspn red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tspn black pepper, crushed
- salt to taste
FOR PASTA
- 1 tblspn butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1/2 yellow capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
Method
- Firstly, in a large vessel add water, pasta and salt.
- Cook the pasta for 10-12 minutes.
- Finally drain the pasta and rinse with water, keep aside.
- In a large pan heat butter and saute onion.
- Now add vegetables and saute. Transfer in a bowl and keep aside.
- In same pan add butter . Add garlic and saute.
- Now add maida and saute well. add milk in batches and whisk well. Add fresh cream and mix. Now add vegetables.
- Add chilli flakes, oregano and pepper mix well.
- Add boiled pasta and mix properly. Add salt, mix and cook few minutes.
- Now white sauce pasta is ready to be served...enjoy.
