Ingredients
500 gms of Bhindi1 large onion cut
4 tbspsan gram flour
1 tsp Chat masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
1. First wash the bhindi thoroughly and cut it. Then add gram flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder and salt in it
2. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add chopped onion and fry till it becomes pink.
3. Now add bhindi, saute and cook over medium flame. turn the flame low and stir it occassionally
4. When it is cooked well and becomes golden brown then turn off the flame.
5. Now it is ready to be serve with chapaati or rice
