Gobhi qima


Ingrediants

Cauliflower 1 Medium size
Onion 2 medium finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 Medium finely chopped
Green chili 2 chopped
Turmeric powder 1/3 tspn
Red Chilli powder 1 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Soya sauce 1 tspn
Tomato sauce 1 tspn
Vinegar 1 tspn
Oil 2 tblspn
Salt to taste



Method

  1. Gobhi ko dho kar uske flower alag kar le phir use grinder me crush kar len.

  2. Ek pan me 1/2 tspn oil garm kare usme gobhi ko achchi tarah cook kar le ki uska pani khushk ho jaaye.

  3. Ek pan me oil garm karen usme kati huyi pyaz aur hari mirch add karen aur gulabi hone tak bhune.

  4. Ab usme lal mirch powder, haldi powder, aur garam masal powder daal kar saute kare.

  5. Phir usme kate huye tamatar , namak aur zara sa pani daal kar bhune.

  6. Ab usme gobhi ko daal kar mix karen. Uske baad usme soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce add karen aur achchi tarah mix karen.

  7. Kuch der pakaye phir flame band kar den.

  8. Parathe , rice ya chapati ke saath serve karen.

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and green chili fry till turn pink.

2. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder and saute well.

3. Now add chopped tomatoes , salt and some water. cover the lid and cook few minute.

4.In pan heat 1/2 tspn oil add cauliflower and some salt and cook well.

5. Now tomatoes turn soft and mushy. Add cauliflower in it

6. Now add vinegar.

7. Add soya sauce.

Add tomato sauce and stir well. Cook few min. and turn of tha flame.
