Method
- Parwal chil kar kaat len. Ek Pan me oil garrm Karen usme Kati hui pyaz, kalounji aur kati hari mirch add karen. Pyaz gulabi hone tak fry karen.
- Ab usme ginger - garlic paste daal kar thoda chalayen. Phir usme Kate hue Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, aur Garam Masala powder daal kar mix karen. Usme 1/2 cup pani daal kar dhak den.
- Tamatar gal jaayen to usmen Kate hue parwal aur thoda paani add karen aur cook kren. Jab achchi tarah gal jaaye to usmen fresh cream daal kar mix karen aur 2-3 min tak cook karen.
- Garam-garam Parwal do pyaza Taiyyar.... ☺☺☺

3. When tomatoes became soft add parwal and some water.
4. When parwal is cook very well add cream and mix Cook about 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
