Method
- Sabhi dry ingredients ko mila kar usme dahi aur oil achchi tarah mix karen. Ab usme thoda sa milk daal kar mix karen. Phir thoda thoda milk milate hue aate ko achchi tara soft gundhen.
- Ab uspe oil laga kar 2-3 ghante ke liye dhak kar rakh den jisse wo rise ho jaye.
- Tawa garm karen nan bankar tawe par rakhkhen. Agar ata hathon me chipak raha ho to thoda oil laga len. Yaad rahe naan ko roller se na roll karen, apne haathon se hi banayen.
- tawe ko dhak den 2-3 min.ke liye. Bubbles dikhne lagen to naan ko palat den aur phir lid band karke 2-3 min cook karen. Brown ho jaye to tawe se hatakr butter laga de. Aise hi saari naan bana len. Aur garma garm serve kare.. ☺
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the oil and yoghurt. Add the warm milk a little at a time and mix to bring the ingredients together. Knead well until it is very soft and elastic. Apply a light layer of oil on the dough and cover. Set this aside for 2 -3 hours to rise.
Take a ball of dough and gently flatten and stretch it out using your fingertips (do not use a rolling pin). If it is too sticky, just dip your fingertips in a tiny bit of oil.
Place the naan on the hot tawa and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium to low heat. If it has started forming bubbles on the top, gently check the bottom and if it has started browning slightly.

flip it over and let it cook on the other side as well.
Once browned , remove, brush with butter and place in a hotpot or cover with a cloth to keep warm until serving. Repeat with remaining balls of dough.
