Besan fish curry



Ingredients for besan fish

Gram flour                1 cup
Turmeric powder      1/3 tspn
Green- chili                2-3
Water

Ingredients for gravy

Onion                              1 medium
Fenugreek seeds            1/4 tspn
Onion paste                    1/2 cup
Ginger paste                   1/2 tspn
Garlic paste                    1 tspn
Chili powder                    1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder            1/3 tspn
Garam masala powder  1 tspn
Salt to taste
Water
Oil

Method for besan fish

1. Ek bowl me besan , kati hari mirch , haldi powder aur namak mix karen. Toda - 2 pani daalte hue ek batter taiyyar karen.

2. Tawe par zara sa oil phailaye . Uspar ek bada chammach batter lekar beech me daale aur use gole shape me phaila den.

3. Jab upar ki layer pak jaaye to usko fold kar de. Aur usko alag rakh den aise hi sabhi cheele taiyyar kar len. Phir unko chote piece me kaat le.

Method for gravyi

1. Kadhaie me oil garm karen. Pahle usme methi daale phir kati huyi pyaz daal kar gulabi hone tak fry karen.

2. Ab usme ginger paste , garlic paste aur onion paste add kare aur slow flame par chalate huye bhune. Jab masala se oil separate hone lage to usme water add kare zaroort ke mutabik.

4. Kuch der cook karen. Ab usme besan fish piece add kareke kuch der cook kare. Flame off kar den. Aur garma - garm chapati ya rice ke saath serve kare.






Put besan in a bowl add finaly chopped green chilli, turmaric powder and salt mix well




Now add water and make batter like this.






first grease tawa with little oil. Pour a big spoon full of mixture in the middle of the tawa spread a thin layer of batter on the tawa. Pour little oil with the spoon all around the chilla.








Cook chila on a medium flame, when the upper layer seems cooked  fold this and keep aside.




Cut chila into small pieces like fish.




For gravy heat oil in a kadhai add fenugreek seeds .




Add onion fry till it change color.




Now add onion paste , ginger - garlic paste , turmeric powder , red chili powder , garam masala powder and salt.





 oil begins to separate from the masala.




Add water




Now add besan fish pieces . And cook few minute.






Serve

Parwar do pyaza


Ingrediants

Parwal 500 gm
Chopped Onions 2 medium
Chopped Tomatoes 2 medium
Chopped Green chilli 2
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tblspn
Turmeric powder 1/3 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Black Seeds 1/4 tspn
Fresh Cream 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil


Method


  1. Parwal chil kar kaat len. Ek Pan me oil garrm Karen usme Kati hui pyaz, kalounji aur kati hari mirch add karen. Pyaz gulabi hone tak fry karen.

  2. Ab usme ginger - garlic paste daal kar thoda chalayen. Phir usme Kate hue Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, aur Garam Masala powder daal kar mix karen. Usme 1/2 cup pani daal kar dhak den.

  3. Tamatar gal jaayen to usmen Kate hue parwal aur thoda paani add karen aur cook kren. Jab achchi tarah gal jaaye to usmen fresh cream daal kar mix karen aur 2-3 min tak cook karen.

  4. Garam-garam Parwal do pyaza Taiyyar.... ☺☺☺

1. Peel , wash and cut the parwal ( pointed gourd).
Heat oil in a pan , add chopped onion and nigella saute till it change colour.

2. Now add ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes , red chili powder, turmeric powder , garam masala powder and salt mix well.
Add some water and cover the lid.

3. When tomatoes became soft add parwal and some water.

4. When parwal is cook very well add cream and mix Cook about 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.

Serve with parathas ... 😊

Butter naan


Ingrediants


Maida 1 cup
Whole Wheat flour 1 cup
Instant yeast 1tspn
Baking powder 1/4 tspn
Salt 1tspn
Sugar 1tspn
Oil 3 tblspn
Curd 1/4 cup
Milk ( warm) 1/2 cup



Method

  1. Sabhi dry ingredients ko mila kar usme dahi aur oil achchi tarah mix karen. Ab usme thoda sa milk daal kar mix karen. Phir thoda thoda milk milate hue aate ko achchi tara soft gundhen.

  2. Ab uspe oil laga kar 2-3 ghante ke liye dhak kar rakh den jisse wo rise ho jaye.

  3. Tawa garm karen  nan bankar tawe par rakhkhen. Agar ata hathon me chipak raha ho to thoda oil laga len. Yaad rahe naan ko roller se na roll karen, apne haathon se hi banayen.

  4. tawe ko dhak den 2-3 min.ke liye. Bubbles dikhne lagen to naan ko palat den aur phir lid band karke 2-3 min cook karen. Brown ho jaye to tawe se hatakr butter laga de. Aise hi saari naan bana len. Aur garma garm serve kare.. ☺



Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the oil and yoghurt. Add the warm milk a little at a time and mix to bring the ingredients together. Knead well until it is very soft and elastic. Apply a light layer of oil on the dough  and cover. Set this aside for 2 -3  hours to rise.

Take a ball of dough and gently flatten and stretch it out using your fingertips (do not use a rolling pin). If it is too sticky, just dip your fingertips in a tiny bit of oil.

Place the naan on the hot tawa and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 2-3 mins on medium to low heat. If it has started forming bubbles on the top, gently check the bottom and if it has started browning slightly.

flip it over and let it cook on the other side as well.
Once browned , remove, brush with butter and place in a hotpot or cover with a cloth to keep warm until serving. Repeat with remaining balls of dough.
