Mastani louki

Ingrediants

Bottle gourd 500 gm
Chopped Onions 2 medium
Chopped Tomatoes 2 medium
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tblspn
Turmeric powder 1/3 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Carrom seeds 1/4 tspn
Black Seeds 1/4 tspn
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tspn
Fresh Cream 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil



Method


  1. Pan me oil farm Karen usme Kati hui pyaz, Ajwaien, methi aur magrail add karen. Pyaz gulabi hone tak fry karen.

  2. Ab usme ginger - garlic paste daal kar thoda chalayen. Phir usme Kate hue Tamatar, namak, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, aur Garam Masala powder daal kar mix karen. Usme 1/2cup pani daal kar dhak den.

  3. Tamatar gal jaayen to usmen grated louki add karen aur achchi tarah bhune. Jab achchi tarah bhun jaaye to usmen fresh cream daal kar achchi tarah mix karen aur 2-3 min tak cook karen.

  4. Garam-garam mastani louki taiyyar.... ☺☺☺
