Shezwan sauce



Ingredient

Red chillii            10-12
Garlic                   10-12 cloves
Green chilli         2
Ginger grated     1"
Chopped Spring
Onion                   2-3
Soya sauce       1 tspn
Vinegar              1 tblspn
Oil                       1/2,cup

Method

1.Ek pan me tel garam kare usme spring onion ka white wala part ,2 garlic barik kate hue aur grated ginger add karen aur achchi taharh mix kare.kati huyi hari mirch bhi daal den.

2.lal mirch aur bache hue garlic ka paste banayen.pyaz brown hone lage to usme lal mirch paste daal kar mix karen.

3.ab uamen soya sauce, vinegar aur tomato puree add karen aur achchi tarah mix karen. Subse last me spring onion ka hara wala part daalen 4-5 min. cook karen.

Note- Aap isko banakar airtight container me rakh kar friger me store
kar sakte hai.




Heat oil in a pan .Add chopped garlic, grated ginger and white part of spring onion saute well.Add chopped green chilli and mix.




Now add tomato puree and cook well.




Make a paste of red chilli and  garlic and add in pan.Add soya sauce and vinegar mix well.




Add green part of spring onion cook about 2-3 min.




Cool down and store them in a clean airtight container refrigerate.
