Method
- kadhai me ghee garm kare usme cardamom aur cloves daale.
- Ab usmen kaddukash ki huyi louki daale.usko tab tak bhune jub tak ghee louki se separate n ho jaayen.
- Ab usme milk add kare tez flame pe bhune phir usme khoya add kare aur achchi tarah bhunen.
- Ab usme sugar add karen jub sugar achchi tarah mil jaye to flame band kar den.
- Rabdi aur mevon se saja kar serve karen.
- Heat ghee in a kadhai,add cardamon and cloves saute well.
- Now add greated bottle gaurd stir occasionally .cook over medium flame untill the ghee sapret from bottle gaurd.
- Now add milk and cook it over high flame.add khoya and stir well.
- Now add sugar.when sugar is dissolve turn off the flame.
- Sarve, garnish with rabdi and dry fruits.
