Garlic-green chilli chutney

Ingredients

Garlic clove                                15-20
Green chilli                                 10-12
Onion                                           1 large
Tomato                                        2 small
Salt                                               to taste
Oil

Method       

1.Heat oil in kadhaie,add chopped onion saute till it change colour.

2.Make a coarse paste of garlic- green chilli in a grinder and add it in kadhaie stir occasionally.

3.Add chopped tomato cook about 4-5 min. over low flame .Serve with besani.

2.lahsun aur hari mirch ka coarse paste  banayen.


3.jub onion ka colour change ho jaye to usme paste daal den.thodi der chalayen phir usmen kate hue tamatar add karen.


3.Tamatar gal jayen to flame off kar den .Apki garlic chutni taiyyar.Garma garam basni ke sath serve karen.
