Ingredients
- Bhindi 250 gm
- Besan 3-4 tblspn
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 medium
- Capsicum 1 large
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tblspn
- Red chilli sauce 1 tblspn
- Soya sauce 1 tblspn
- Tomato sauce 1 tblspn
- Vinegar 1 tblspn
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Method

1.Wash and cut the okra in 2" piece. In a bowl mix okra and besan.


3. Cut the Onion,tomato and capsicum in cubes.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion saute well.Now add capsicum and cook.add tomato and ginger-garlic paste mix well.

5. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and salt mix well.

6. .Add fried bhindi cook about 4-5 min. over low flame Serve hot.
