Bhindi pulao


Okra(bhindi) 12-13
Cooked Rice 2 Cup
Onion 1 medium
Tomato 1 medium
Green chilli 1-2
Turmeric powder 1 tspn
Biryani masala powder 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry


  1. Wash and cut bhindi in 1" pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai ,add bhindi and fry.
  3. Heat some oil in another pan add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
  4. Now add fried bhindi and then biryani masala ,turmeric powder ,chopped green chilies ,chopped tomatoes and salt mix well.cook about 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice and mix well.bhindi pulao is ready to serve.
