Achari bhindi






Ingredients

Bhindi 250 gm
Chopped onion 1 medium
Red chili powder 1/2 tspn
Chat masala powder 1 tspn
Garam masala powder 1 tspn
Dry mango powder 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil

Method


  1. Wash and dry the bhindi and wipe with a wet cloth.
  2. Cut both the ends. Chop bhindi into 1or 2 inch pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and saute till light golden.Add bhindi, salt and dry mango powder saute well in low flame, don't cover the lid.
  4. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chat masala powder mix well.cook over low flame stirring occasionally.
  5. When bhindi is fully cooked switch off the flame.serve with chapaties.
