Bread pakoda


bread slices 7
besan 1 cup
turmaric powder 1/2 tspn
chilli powder 1 tspn
chat masala powder 1 tspn
salt to taste
oil for frying
Salt to taste


  1. Cut the bread slices in two pieces.
  2. Take besan in a bowl add turmaric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and salt mix well.
  3. Add sufficient water in it and make smooth battar.
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai dip the bread slices in butter and drop them in oil
  5. Fry it till golden brown in medium flame.
  6. Serve hot with green chatni .
