Method
- Cut the bread slices in two pieces.
- Take besan in a bowl add turmaric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder and salt mix well.
- Add sufficient water in it and make smooth battar.
- Heat oil in a kadhai dip the bread slices in butter and drop them in oil
- Fry it till golden brown in medium flame.
- Serve hot with green chatni .
