Method
- Put the paneer in a bowl.
- Add all the spices in it and mix well.
- After that add curd and corn flour mix well..
- Heat oil in kadhai.add paneer pieces in it.deep fry until it become golden.
- For gravy heat oil in a pan.Add onion cut into thin slices,black cardamom, green cardamom, clove Saute, stirring occasionally, till the onions turn a light brown.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder , garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add tomato puri cook about 15 min in low flam. Add paneer and some water cook well.
Serve with fried rice or butter naan.
