Egg Pakora



Hard Boil eggs 2
Bread Crumb 1 Cup
Gramflour 1 Cup
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tspn
Chaat Masala 1 tblspn
Red chilli powder 1 tspn
Turmeric powder 1 tspn
Salt to taste

Oil for frying


  1. Boil the egg and then refrigerate it 1to2 hours.
  2. Cut each boiled eggs in eight equal peaces.
  3. Take a bowl add gram flour, cumin seeds, chaat masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. mix well and make a sufficient batter.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai ,dip the egg pieces in the batter and then coat it with bread crumb and set aside.
  5. Deep fry it until pakoras become crispy and brown. Serve hot with tamarind sauce or green chatni.
