Oil for frying
Method
- Boil the egg and then refrigerate it 1to2 hours.
- Cut each boiled eggs in eight equal peaces.
- Take a bowl add gram flour, cumin seeds, chaat masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. mix well and make a sufficient batter.
- Heat oil in kadhai ,dip the egg pieces in the batter and then coat it with bread crumb and set aside.
- Deep fry it until pakoras become crispy and brown. Serve hot with tamarind sauce or green chatni.
