Bhindi | 400 grams |
Yogurt | 1 and 1/2 Cup |
Onion | 2 Medium size finely chopped |
Black Cardamom | 1 |
Green Cardamom | 1 |
Clove | 1 - 2 |
Ginger-Garlic Paste | 1 tblspn |
Red Chilli Powder | 1 tspn |
Turmeric powder | 1 tspn |
Garam Masala Powder | 1/2 tspn |
Salt | to taste |
Oil for frying |
Method
- Wash and dry the Bhindi cut into 2 inch peaces.
- Heat oil in kadai.add Bhindi pieces in it.deep fry it.
- For gravi heat some oil in a pan.Add onion cut into thin slices,black cardamom,green cardamom,clove Saute stirring occasionally, till the onions turn a slight brown.
- Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder , garam masala powder and salt mix well.
- Add whisk yogurt cook about 15 min in low flame.
- Add Bhindi and some water cook well.
