Badam milk


badam 10-12
suger 2-3tblspn
milk 4 cup
green cardamom powder a pinch
honey 2-3 tblspn


  1. Soak badam in hot water for 2hrs.remove the skin and add to blender,add some milk and blend it to a fine paste.
  2. Heat milk in a thick bottomed vessel and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add almonds paste and simmer on low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  3. Add green cardamom powder boil for two minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, add honey and stir. Serve warm or chillied.
